At The Cubica, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each item is specially printed just for you. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind or customization errors made by the buyer, we do offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions.
✅ Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
- You received a damaged or defective product

Your order was lost in transit and undelivered
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos of the issue along with your order ID

Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

Customer provided the wrong size, design, or shipping address

Minor color or print variation (due to screen/print methods)

Delay caused by courier partners

Personalized items with no error from our end
🔄 Refund or Replacement Process

Include your order number, issue description, and photos.

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we’ll:

Ship a replacement at no extra cost, OR

Process a refund to your original payment method (within 7–10 business days)

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued via:
